Ordering & Shipping Information

All baskets in Sonoma County will be hand delivered. A sales tax of 8% will be added to all California orders. Shipping will be calculated at the time of the order. All orders placed Monday through Friday before 2 pm (PST) will be shipped or hand delivered the next business day. Orders placed after that will go out the following business day. Orders placed on holidays will go out the following business day.
If you have a rush order, we will make every attempt to accommodate you.
All baskets are wrapped in cellophane and topped with a bow. Occasionally baskets will be shrink-wrapped for shipping. Orders are shipped Fed-Ex ground. Guaranteed overnight, 2nd day and 3rd day are also available. All charges vary depending on size of basket and destination. We can also ship using third party billing for Fed-Ex and UPS. Please keep in mind that we can not guarantee delivery if the address provided to us is incomplete, incorrect or a Post Office box. Additional charges will apply to re-ship.
Chocolate can not be shipped during summer months. Product equal or higher value will be substituted.
We accept Visa & Master Card personal checks and money orders.
Cancellations
If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please notify us immediately by calling 707-544-4278. If your order has already been shipped and delivered, the item is non-refundable. If we are able to stop your order from being delivered, we will gladly refund the amount for the merchandise minus the shipping charges. Any damaged or defective claims must be made within 10 days of delivery.
Substitutions
From time to time it may be necessary to substitute an item that is of equal or greater value. If a basket is ordered from a photograph on our site, it will be duplicated as close as possible.
Vendors sometimes discontinue and change their product offering or packaging. We also shop for new products throughout the year to keep our offerings updated.
